I Am Woman Proverbs 31 Ministry, Inc.
is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been operational since 2014. Aligned with our vision, we aim to establish a network of women in leadership roles, committed to ministering and providing services for those who are broken, lost, confused, or seeking refuge.
Our primary objective is to minister to and encourage women, emphasizing the notion that there are solutions to their challenges. Women in leadership positions will share their experiences and testimonies as a means of empowering others. Through this empowerment, women will gain the hope and strength needed to succeed in their endeavors.

Meet Our Founder
MARIELLE PIERROT
With over two decades of experience in the social services industry, Marielle is a seasoned social worker and community organizer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York College – CUNY, a Master of Social Work from Hunter College – CUNY School of Social Work, and a Masters of Ministry from Warner University.
Marielle consistently emphasizes the significance of "community" and "resources" in her work. In her view, the existence of a thriving community and accessible resources is intertwined with the interconnected network of individuals and information. She passionately believes that without this network, communities would lack the essential resources needed to support those in need.
Marielle's philosophy underscores the importance of individuals with abundant knowledge, compassion, and resources coming together to create a network that can effectively distribute goodness to those who require assistance—be it a child, woman, or man. Through this collaborative effort, all members of the community can reap the benefits of shared resources, fostering a stronger and more supportive environment for everyone.

Our leadership and mentoring program is committed to catalyzing positive transformation within our community. We aim to empower young girls, unlocking their full potential to become educated, resilient, and influential leaders.
